We are sorry to announce that as of the close of business on October 31st 2006 Flying M Ranch as it is presently known will close to the public. It is unknown at this time what is in the future for the Lodge, Motel, and Cabins.
Bryce & Barbara Mitchell will continue to have camping facilities and to run the horse program. They hope to add more exciting things to the program, including children's Cowboy Birthday Parties. Please watch the website for information on upcoming events.
Look for limited lodging and limited food service beginning in May 2007.
Headquarters for the Horseback Program will be across the road in the Red Ranch House, WHERE THE COFFEE WILL ALWAYS BE ON!!!

The Flying M Ranch is 10 miles from the nearest urban community and 16 miles off the beaten path from a major metropolitan area, and JUST AN HOURS DRIVE FROM PORTLAND OR SALEM. It is midway between Portland and our public Oregon beaches. We are adjacent to many renowned wineries and near outstanding community and college theatrical productions and public golf courses. Many county fairs and individual community festivals are only short drives away. Family oriented, guests of all ages are welcome. Our hospitality is genuine, your enjoyment is our goal.
