If there is one thing you'll never be short of at the Flying M Ranch, it's food. Barbeques are our specialty. We also offer a variety of fancier presentations.
Our restaurant seats 180 and is divided into two sections by a huge, native stone fireplace. The Riverside Room lets you peek through leaning alder and dogwood trees into the sparkling waters of the North Yamhill River. The Trophy Room overlooks our private airstrip where you can watch airplanes and heilocopters land.
When you come to our restaurant you can expect some wonderful choices on our menu.
For breakfast we offer steak and eggs, biscuits and gravey, and a choice of breakfast originals.
For lunch you can choose from a variety of hearty sandwiches. We also offer true ranch burgers from our burger barn, including a buffalo burger and our famous Logger Burger. The Logger Burger is a half pounder topped with a quarter pound of smoked ham, one-eighth pound of cheddar, all the trimmings and served on an extra large bun.
Our dinner specialty on weekends is Prime Rib. The regular dinner menu offers barbeque chicken and ribs, steak, seafood, chicken dishes, pasta and a vegetarian lasagna. Be sure to check out our nightly specials.
